Camel Ride Merzouga is the result of the collaboration of several eco-tour operators who specialize in desert tours. We offer personalized, educational, unique and top-quality tours and wilderness experiences to adventurers and explorers, while minimizing our impact on the local population, environment and wildlife. We have a profound respect for the land and wildlife and engage in activities that do not disrupt the local ecosystem and community. We abide by, strictly, a “leave no trace” policy and are involved with local charities that promote environmental protection and sustainable development. A percentage of our resources and revenue are dedicated to local conservation and education efforts in Merzouga. Camel Ride Merzouga is run and operated by guides who support local efforts to promote Amazigh (Berber) culture.
