------>a meeting was about the roundtable aimed to discuss Leadership and Management. During the meeting the club members shown a great interest on the subject as they participated in discussion.
-----> the main point addressed were as follow:
√ the definition between the two concepts of Leadership and Management.
√ the difference between Leadership and Management.
----->Also we brick to atmosphere with playing games " I am the caw 🐄 and I am the ox"
√ the characteristic of a good leader.
√ and we talked about if it is possible to be a leader and manager at the same time.
√ we played another game " dessert island"
