Introducing a new FYUL tradition - Chillout Sessions!

We opened terrace season together with an evening full of great conversations, laughter, music, and meaningful moments with colleagues. 🌿

The very first FYUL Chillout Session was all about slowing down after work, strengthening connections, and simply enjoying time together outside the usual daily routine.
To make the evening even more special, we welcomed with a presentation of their newest album 🎶

Moments like these remind us that the best teams are built not only through work, but also through shared experiences. 💛

FYUL locations worldwide are raising the Pride flag to mark the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia🏳️‍🌈.

On May 17, 1990, a major barrier was broken when the World Health Organization declassified homosexuality as a disease. We honor that progress by ensuring our company culture remains a space for diversity, empowerment, and belonging.

For us, inclusion fuels our creativity, empowers people to be their authentic selves, and strengthens our community. In every moment and every location, we stand with the LGBTQ+ community.

At FYUL, sustainable and responsible production means measurable action - renewable electricity, lower-water processes, and facilities moving toward green energy. We care about building systems that reduce impact not as a claim, but as a standard.

April is Earth Month - a reminder that sustainability is in the choices we make every day.

Instead of discarding towels that don’t meet our production standards, we give them a second life by donating them to local animal shelters Dzīvnieku patversme un mājas zoo "Mežavairogi". What might be considered a “defect” can still bring warmth and comfort to pets in need.

To celebrate International Pet Day, our colleagues also contributed by donating food, toys, and other essentials to support shelter animals.

Sustainability for us means reducing waste - and creating impact where it truly matters. 💚

At FYUL, we are heavily focused on Sustainability and ESG, making it the perfect time to host international MBA students from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) for a strategic look at the future of global business.

The session gave students an inside look at how a global tech-driven company operates, focusing on:

- Social Responsibility
- Inclusive Workplace Practices

Shadow Day @ FYUL ✨

A day to “shadow” a professional and see what their job really looks like 👀

FYUL colleagues welcomed 38 students from 18+ schools, alongside 15 mentors - full of curiosity, questions, and inspiration 💬

Last week, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a fantastic international delegation at our Printful production facility in Riga! 🏭

As a proud member of the Latvian Exporters Association (The Red Jackets), we were thrilled to participate in the ASE Spring Summit 2026. This summit gathers over 200 experienced entrepreneurs and investors from more than 20 countries, representing the JCI Senate Europe network.

Hosting this structured business visit gave us a brilliant opportunity to showcase our daily operations to a high-level international audience and build valuable export connections right here in Latvia. It is always inspiring to share our story and help promote the export potential of Latvian businesses on a global scale.
