Being healthy. means eating healthy, that’s why we have a great recipe that you must try at home: Noodles with vegetables!

📍You will need: egg noodles, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, soy sauce, red beans, olive oil.

🥣Preparation:

Boil 40g wholegrain noodles in a pot. Meanwhile, cut 60g mushrooms, 100g broccoli and 1 carrot. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan and add mushrooms. Stir fry for about 2 minutes and add the remaining vegetables. Continue to cook and stir for 3 - 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft but crunchy. Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce to vegetables and 50g red beans. Cook for about another minute. Serve noodles with the fried vegetables.
