TASK – JŪRAS SKATI, a premium residential development in Jurmala, approached us to create a complete brand universe from the ground up. The objective was to establish a refined and timeless identity that would reflect the project’s architectural vision, seaside location, and elevated lifestyle positioning. Beyond branding, the scope included the creation of a sophisticated digital presence – starting with a carefully designed homepage featuring detailed, fully illustrated floor plans and apartment layouts to support a seamless buyer experience.
