π³Hidden Green Heritage, Discovered Together.
Partners of project are working together to discover, map, and protect tree avenues in Kurzeme and Northern Lithuania - important green corridors that support biodiversity, landscapes, and cultural heritage across borders.
πΏ Why does it matter?
Tree avenues are much more than scenic roadsides. They:
- act as biodiversity corridors π¦π
- preserve cultural and historical identity ποΈ
- strengthen landscape quality and climate resilience π±π¬οΈ
Every report submitted by citizens helps build a shared cross-border database and supports long-term conservation of these valuable green elements.
