What is Ecstatic Dance:
" Ecstatic dance is a hybrid of a ritual and a party. For me, personally, it's a way to claim back our rights to enjoy dancing freely without alcohol and prejudice. Than DJ guides you through a variety of different styles, genres, and rhythms of music (from tribal sounds to cosmic deep electronics, downtempo, jazz, ambient, house, and even heavy metal can be mixed in.) A journey designed to reflect different phases of human life. Birth, growth, crises, insights, bursts of life energy, and calmness of wisdom. This is one of the most important differences between ED and regular DJ sets where Dj can play the same 140bpm dark techno for a whole night. Due to the healthy nature of practice events tend to be kid-friendly.

Like any ritual, Ecstatic dance has some simple rules:
- Free form dance, truthful expression of energy in motion, so keep breathing :)
— No talks on the dancefloor, we practice our ancient universal language - the voice of body moves
— No heavy shoes or heals. People dance barefoot or in very thin comfortable shoes, or socks
— If you wanna dance with somebody, ask with eyes, wait for acceptance, show gratitude with namaste. Express yourself freely and respect personal boundaries.
— Dancers focus on music and how it flows into your muscles, not on how cool you are.
— There are no drugs or alcohol allowed and people are encouraged to remain sober. Anyway, allow yourself to try Cacao, Pu Ehr, Mate, or any other natural stimulant to feel that conscious deep flow of the dance.
— Most people come for the full journey and go through the steps together, welcome to join on time
— Dance finishes with relaxing, calming meditation & Grounding circle
— Rather than a social escape and drinking, people go to Esctatic parties to connect deeper with themselves and to enjoy a clear sense of unity.
— Generally, photography is not allowed (but we secretly can make some to share a tiny part of the joy)

Сейчас мы в Мексике, а 1-15 мая мы приглашаем в безопасную и наполненную поездку в Гималаи. Туда, где заканчиваются слова и начинается ощущение — там живут Гималаи. Там где легенды кажутся реальностью, а мир кажется шире и тише.

Здесь:
🌬️ воздух чище, чем в мечтах
🌄 горы выше, чем наши страхи

Мы будем:
— Слушать истории про древних мудрецов и риши, легенды и предания гор
— Ходить к потрясающим водопадам под гималайским небом
— Купаться в горячих источниках, растворяя усталость
— Ездить по дорогам в горах, которые затмевают Instagram-фильтры
- Эти места выбрали свои домом Рерих и Далай-лама и мы соприкоснемся и их наследием и посетим их резиденции.
- Полётаем на параплане на высоте около 2400 метров над долиной Кангра
- Прикоснется к традициям Тибета, Индуизма и Сикхизма.
