In 1993 the enterprise was reformed as joint-stock company and in 2002 company was privatized. The core business of company is traction equipment for electrical trains, light railways and fork lifts, lighting and power supply equipment for passenger coaches manufacturing. Company has long traditions in design and manufacture of it.
