Different digital solutions and technology used in the pandemic was introduced as a way of staying connected and avoiding risks of catching the virus. Now that pandemic has gone for good people associate these solutions with something that gave them great benefits and keep using even after the pandemic.

👴👵 It is very important to find ways how to make self-service devices accessible for everyone. Although more and more Gen-Z individuals are taking over the consumer market with their preferences of interaction in customer service related industries, it is crucial that we make self-service industry easy to use not only for the younger but also older generations.
