A great opportunity just opened up at Finologee: Jonathan Prince is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to expand his team.

The role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Luxembourg's asset management industry (fund administration, ManCo/AIFM operations, depositary services or advisory) who are ready to convert that expertise into commercial impact.

You will own Finologee’s commercial development in the asset management vertical - from lead qualification and pitching to closing and account management, working closely with marketing, product and tech teams.

[ ] The draft agreement was finalised in January 2026, and the final compromise texts were published in April. Compliance preparations should be well under way, yet our live audience polls revealed that the vast majority of participants do not consider their organisations ready, with fraud liability and open banking infrastructure topping the list of concerns.

What the webinar also brought to light is that the scope of change goes further than most expect: transaction monitoring is now a standalone liability trigger, the API fallback is gone entirely, and banks must build a consent dashboard from scratch.
