Today I have deeply - and continue to feel - this beautiful complexity of life. The complexity of feeling terror. The complexity of this terror being deep within my body. The constriction of that terror. Yet the beautiful opening that comes with allowing it. The constriction & terror isn’t wrong. It’s just a thing. The meaning my mind makes or doesn’t about this is everything here.

The beautiful complexity of how my own experience is mirrored by that of my child. How my own experience dates back many, many years yet it’s still present right now, here, in this moment. And how my own ability to release & allow it, also allows my child to too.

From this place, what seemed impossible becomes possible. What seems too much becomes possible. The infinite possibility when we are held in a way that allows us to see who we are being.

Just like nature, we are messy & non-linear. There is opening & contraction. There’s an aliveness, an infinite possibility if we are ready to get out of our own way, beyond the stories of the mind 🤍
