During our last 360 feedback cycle, a few team members stood out - they received a lot of good feedback from peers and managers regarding their . We asked those ambassadors to share what open communication means to them.

💬 Aušra Bubulė, our Product Manager, mentioned that "Open communication to me means open : timely, private, honest and straightforward, always with a sense of sincerity and positive intent on the part of the feedback provider. Somehow, candor and openness come effortlessly to Exacaster people. We avoid the need for sarcasm, gossip, and teasing each other, yet we maintain a fun and witty daily communication and Mattermost posts."

I believe that those who choose to express their wishes, desires, fears, and uncertainties are more likely to progress toward their goals or at least adapt their goals to make them achievable.
