Strange how 19 years is a lifetime, yet not *that* far away, all in the same thought...
If only I knew then what I know now about female athlete health.
My path from athlete to physio was not linear - and I truly believe the journey has made me a better practitioner.

I’ve been consistent my plyos and boy is it showing. Consistency has been found to be way more important than reps & sets. Find your form.at. ❤️
