Backoffice is building an all-in-one operations platform for restaurants, hotels, and cafés, helping service businesses spend less time managing operational chaos and more time focusing on their customers.

Founded by Erikas Pakėnas and Denis Stech, the startup is rethinking how hospitality teams run their day-to-day operations — making complex systems simpler and more efficient.

According to the Baltic Deep Tech Report 2025, the Baltics are now among the fastest-growing deep tech ecosystems in Europe 📈 — outperforming not only the Nordics and CEE region, but even the US in growth pace over the last four years.

Deep tech already attracts nearly every second euro invested into Baltic startups, with energy, robotics, AI, and defence technologies leading the way.
