February 16th.
Lithuania’s Independence Day.
And a very personal date for me.

Five years ago, on this exact day, I was on my way to NVI to start cancer treatment.
I remember standing in front of the building, not fully understanding what was ahead. Cancer felt distant until it didn’t.

Everything went well. I’ve been cancer free since.
A life-changing moment. I sometimes call it the most important gig of my life.

That decision to go through it fully awake became T2N0.
The most personal record I’ve ever made. Not to dramatize anything. Not to seek sympathy. It was my way of redirecting energy. Turning something heavy into something meaningful.

Hopefully something that could help others feel less alone, or become more aware before it’s too late. A reminder that this issue is much bigger than most of us think, until it becomes personal.

If you already have the album, maybe today is a good day to play it again. On vinyl, CD, or wherever you listen.
If you’ve never heard it, maybe today is the moment.

And beyond music, take care of yourself. Check your health. Pay attention to your habits, your food, your stress, your emotions. Prevention matters more than we think.

Five years later, I’m still here.
