The gallery features impressive drawings on factory walls, light installations and sculptures by various artists. „Open Gallery“ is a long-term interdisciplinary project and cultural initiative, which presents urban culture in an extraordinary way and creatively enlivens the post-industrial district of Naujamiestis. This project is aimed to present creative projects such as paintings on the factor
y walls, visual installations, sculptures, performances, film sessions and to motivate interdisciplinary collaboration between the artists from Lithuania and foreign countries. One of the main aims of the „Open Gallery“ is to make the abandoned places of Vilnius city to revive and reveal the unseen face of the capital of Lithuania for city residents and visitors. As well as culturally enliven the industrial part of the capital Vilnius. The gallery is free and open for everyone at anytime.
“Open Gallery” is a single kilometre away from the Oldtown and the Central Station of Vilnius and close to the Vilnius airport. Also, beside “Open Gallery” one may find a bus stop, thus it is easy to reach this place from anywhere. Address: Vytenio g. 50, Vilnius
