PREFACE TO ICARI STRATEGICAL APROACH

Dear colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to inform you that United Nations launched the International Year of Cooperatives at the UN General Assembly Hall on Monday, 31 October 2011 in case of "Cooperative Enterprises Build a Better World." The slogan for the International Year of Cooperatives 2012 is "Cooperative Enterprises Build a Better World." The slogan reminds of the important contributions that cooperatives can and do make to socioeconomic development at all levels of society, from the local to the international community. It makes the underlying declaration that economic viability need not be divorced from social responsibility.
I’m thrilled to inform you, that ICARI open collaboration cooperative platform is launched. ICARI is International Complexity Advanced Research Institute that I was developing for 7 years.
Mision that institute is created for: Support cybernetic social revolution to establish collaborative sustainable resilience society.
Vision of institute: Knowledge based information design society is the power for Collaborative decision making and Distributed control in participate problem solving.
Goal that institute pursues: Overcome information overload and solve world governance crisis.
Institute will be devoted to raise new type of knowledge society social groups:

• Knowledge engineers to overcome information overload.
• Inventive realizators to develop world shaping instruments.
• Patriot programmers to enable organizations adaptive features.
• Visual predictive analytics to foresight world changes.

I invite you to join the international coworking teams, have fun and shape world together – your courage will ignite revoliution and show the way how to overcome world changes.
