Traveling tough me to slow down and ground myself, recognise , accept and honor the environment I am at. Sometime having no home or community to belong to, brings a feeling of disconnection, loneliness, confusion, feeling lost. I learned to rely on the present moment, on being here and now, listening, observing and feeling. There is no way to feel lost in the present moment, when I am totally present I know I am exactly where I need to be. Thats what I can really trust. There is no need to rush and overthink anything. Answer is always there in the calm.
