Projekto tikslas - kelti visuomenės nuovoką apie dizainą, mokslą, meną ir aktualiausias pasaulio tendencijas, populiarinti dizaino kultūrą, skatinti studijų, mokslo/meno ir verslo bendradarbiavimą, Lietuvos etreprenerystės ir kūrybinio sektoriaus plėtrą vietiniame ir tarptautiniame kontekste. ❕A meaningful discussion on circular design gets lost amongst arguments on plastic and paper packaging, and applause for businesses that have turned yet another type of waste into tote bags.
❔What is the common link between feet covered in rubbish and eggshell ceramics? A book about plastic furniture and a pile of plastic dusting in basements that no book ever talks about?
We invite you to the exhibition "Books, Materials, Designs, Loops", where in a new design lab you will see how "sustainable design" actually looks, smells and feels like.
Where? KTU M-Lab Laboratory Centre, Studentų str. 63A-1369, Kaunas.
When? 7th of June, 6 pm, registration required (limited number of places, registration closes on 6 June). Registration: https://forms.gle/8jKcGJhidm8F6dUf9. The language of the guided tour is English, duration ~40 mins.
