Thousands of fans won't get to watch their own team at the World Cup, and it has nothing to do with football.

Argentina handed US authorities the names of around 13,000 fathers who owe child support. The goal: keep them out of the World Cup stadiums. It's part of Argentina's Tribuna Segura program. "If they do not provide for their children, they will not be allowed into the stadium," said Mayor Jorge Macri.

Those who pay what they owe can still get in. Many call it justice, others say it goes way too far.
