Plan International Liberia invites qualified organizations to submit bids for a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) as Child Sponsorship Communication Partner(s) in Nimba, Lofa, and Bomi Counties.
The selected partner(s) will support the management of sponsorship communications between sponsored children and sponsors, ensuring timely, high-quality, child-safe, and compliant communication in line with Plan International's safeguarding and data protection standards.

Welthungerhilfe Liberia is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Logistics & Procurement Officer to support logistics, procurement, fleet, warehouse, and asset management operations for the Country Office π±π·
ποΈ Contract Duration: One year (with possibility of extension based on performance and funding)
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Support logistics and procurement operations
β’ Coordinate procurement processes in compliance with donor and organizational policies π¦
β’ Support fleet management, fuel monitoring & vehicle maintenance π
β’ Maintain inventory, warehouse & asset tracking systems
β’ Support audits, compliance checks & reporting
β’ Coordinate with programme, finance & partner organizations
π Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
β’ Minimum 3β5 years of relevant experience in logistics/procurement
β’ Experience with NGOs/INGOs or donor-funded projects is an advantage
β’ Strong organizational, analytical & communication skills
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel π»
β’ Experience in fleet, warehouse & asset management preferred
