Plan International Liberia invites qualified organizations to submit bids for a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) as Child Sponsorship Communication Partner(s) in Nimba, Lofa, and Bomi Counties.

The selected partner(s) will support the management of sponsorship communications between sponsored children and sponsors, ensuring timely, high-quality, child-safe, and compliant communication in line with Plan International's safeguarding and data protection standards.

βœ… Organizations experienced in child-focused programming, community engagement, storytelling, documentation, donor communications, data collection, or sponsorship-related activities

The successful partner(s) will support:

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
β€’ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics/procurement
β€’ Experience with NGOs/INGOs or donor-funded projects is an advantage
β€’ Strong organizational, analytical & communication skills
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel πŸ’»
β€’ Experience in fleet, warehouse & asset management preferred
