The officials of the YOCEM Technical and Vocational Training Center will officially open its Peace Island branch in Monrovia, specifically in Oldest Congo Town.
YOCEM stands as a beacon of hope and transformation, dedicated to empowering youth, orphans, widows, disadvantaged and less-privileged individuals through technical and vocational training opportunities.
