Today, we honor the remarkable legacy of Onyeka Onwenu, MFR—a distinguished Nigerian singer-songwriter, actress, journalist, politician, and human rights advocate. Fondly known as the “Elegant Stallion” for her profound influence on African culture and entertainment, she also served as Chairperson of the Imo State Council for Arts and Culture.

Though she is no longer with us, her legacy continues to inspire generations. Her contributions remain timeless, and her impact will never be forgotten. Rest on, ma’am—you are deeply loved and forever celebrated.🕊️
