Yesterday at Starz University Career Day, we did not just speak about success, we spoke about the real journey behind it.

Our CEO, Oliver W. Klark, Jr., shared a message on resilience, persistence, consistency, collaboration, and constant evolution. Because the truth is: the path will not always be straight, and the degree you earn today may not be the lane you dominate tomorrow.

From returning home with a vision, to helping roll out IFMIS in 2011, to building solutions through RoviaGate and My Watchman, the journey has always been about one thing: keep going, keep learning, and keep building.

To every young person in that room:
