We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our HR and Accounts departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within HR and accounting functions, providing valuable assistance to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing, including EPF and ETF contributions
Assist the Accountant with daily financial tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping
Support the HR department with recruitment, employee records management, and onboarding
Coordinate and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records
Handle other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

Diploma in a management-related field is an added advantage
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts and HR roles is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
