Training Programme on Computer Hardware

The Management Development Training Unit (MDTU) conducted a three-day training programme on Computer Hardware from 13th to 15th August 2025 at the MDTU in Trincomalee. This training programme was designed for government officers responsible for maintaining computers and related equipment within their respective institutions. The training programme was conducted in Tamil medium and led by Mr.I.Farees, Zonal Education Office, Kinniya, who served as the resource person for the training programme. With his strong background and practical experience, Mr.Farees provided participants with valuable insights into day-to-day technical tasks and common troubleshooting techniques. A total of 14 participants, representing various institutions under the Eastern Provincial Council, attended the training programme. The sessions combined both theory and hands-on activities, aiming to enhance the technical capabilities of staff involved in PC maintenance and support roles.
