📢 Village-Level Knowledge Building Program on Social Cohesion & Understanding General Law

GAFSO organized a Village-Level Knowledge Building Program focusing on social cohesion and understanding general law. The noteworthy aspect of this initiative was strengthening community awareness and promoting peaceful coexistence through legal literacy.

During the program, participants:
✅ Gained awareness on the importance of social cohesion at the community level
✅ Improved understanding of general law and citizens’ rights & responsibilities
✅ Engaged in interactive group discussions to identify local challenges
✅ Developed practical community-level action plans
✅ Strengthened collaboration to promote harmony and mutual respect

🤝 This initiative aims to empower local communities with knowledge and practical tools to resolve conflicts peacefully, enhance legal awareness, and build inclusive, cohesive societies for everyone.

It's lost for the Sri Lankan Community to see Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund leaving the country.
