This is one of our new projects, just have started constructing within a congested 6.71 perch land bounded by residential buildings with 02 access roads in different levels. The house has 02 separate units and a 01 bedroom unit at the lower ground level. This context challenged the possibility of opening up the interior to air and light while maintaining privacy – which became the driving force behind the layout of spaces.
