A charity that we support called Millennium Elephant Foundation have introduced a program that they plan to eventually replace elephant riding with, called 'Elephant Walk Experience'. A program geared towards animal lovers who would prefer to walk with an elephant rather than ride them.
The program consists of a museum tour with an expert guide, a 30 minute walk around the Foundation with your elephant, an opportunity to bath and feed your elephant fruit. Followed by an optional 3 course meal.
