my undying love for music lead me to be a Dj in the end. i first started to grope about in the dj field when i joined with Sound Efx back in 2003 and (i was more like messing around with the sounds and lighting equipment's there)
While i was there i got a chance to join EFM as a presenter/spinner in 2004 and Then after leaving Efm i still wanted to carry on my career as a Dj and i was introduced to Lalith Dammika of Beat system through a friend who was working at Efm. Slowly but surely i started Djing career as a mobile dj with Beat System Entertainment in 2005 and i started playing for b'day parties, weddings, get together s, Dinner Dances...etc

In 2010 i moved on to the mainstream market playing for various night spots in Colombo. i was Playing for Kamikaze,fuze colombo and also was filling in for certain nights at Clancy"s, ice lounge and Mojo”s back then. also cannot forget the fact that i had his stint in down-south in the southern coastal line where i was playing for different nights at Happy banana in Unawatuna, the is most happening place in down south and that really gained me the popularity as a good dj behind the decks playing to a variety of crowd’s in different venues all around the island. In 2012 i was part of Prince leone (one of very talented young English musicians in the island) and i was the official Dj for him and he played at many concerts with him including the Mohombi Live in concert in 2011 Etc

i then formed "Temple of House" which was a Dj Group consisting of 3 djs including himself, Javid and Female Dj Mitchi B. It was the very first time that a lady dj was involved in a dj project and they were the talk of the town back then playing for various night spots in Colombo.Then in 2014 i moved back on to radio which was always sort of in my bucket list from childhood days. (I am hosting Real Shuffle Mon- Fri 1-pm on real radio 97.1)



I'm a content writer and i create contents in multiple spheres such as arts and Entertainment.
