We're thrilled to welcome our first Russian guests to Liv House! They enjoyed local cuisine, embracing our traditional Sinhala way of eating with their hands. A big thank you for being clean, punctual, and considerate, leaving the house tidy after their stay. We're grateful for the opportunity to host such wonderful guests and look forward to welcoming more travelers from around the world!

We welcome families to stay at Liv House - Kandy.

Liv House is ideal for a family of five, offering comfortable accommodations with three bedrooms. The house includes Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan, and Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed and ceiling fan. Room 3 features a single bed and study table. Additional amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub, hot water, and a washing machine, a staff bathroom, a cozy living area with a 5-seater sofa set, a dining area with a table for five, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, rice cooker, mini fridge, and cookware. Parking is available with a garage for one vehicle and open space for two more.

The property is approximately 8 km from Kandy city, towards Digana. It is 300 meters from Warapitiya Junction in Kundasale, heading towards Mahamevnawa Monastery.

You can easily access Hela Bhojun Hala, where authentic Sri Lankan cuisine is available throughout the day, just a 3-minute walk away. The nearest town marketplace, Nattarampotha, is about a 5-minute drive from the property and features establishments such as KFC, Arpico, Cargills Food City, and Sunrise Supermarket.

It's a pleasant neighborhood. The property is surrounded by a parapet wall and secured with a gate lock. You will receive the gate keys and door key on arrival.
