New Intake Open: Su***de Attention & Prevention Training Program ๐ŸŒŸ

Weโ€™re excited to announce a new batch starting on 21st March!

This is an all-online hybrid course with 24 hours of training over 4 weeks featuring:

- Live online workshops โ€“ Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Pre-recorded content
- Practical mandatory weekly role-play simulations throughout the training

You can complete the training if you wish, but if you want to become a certified QPR responder and receive the JH certification, youโ€™ll need to:

2๏ธโƒฃ Join the four-month-long supervised internship

Box Breathing (4-Square Breathing)

Feeling overwhelmed, tense, or mentally scattered?
Box breathing is a simple, evidence-based breathing technique that helps calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold for 4 seconds
- Exhale for 4 seconds
- Hold for 4 seconds

Repeat for 3โ€“5 rounds.

This practice is widely used to reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional regulation by slowing down the breath and signaling safety to the nervous system.
