We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in business operations, market analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements
· Support market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation
· Collaborate with teams to improve business processes and workflows
· Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for projects
· Help identify business opportunities and operational improvements
· Work closely with management to support strategic decision-making

Requirements & Skills:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management, IT, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and reporting techniques
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
· Good communication and teamwork abilities
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of data analysis tools or project management concepts is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging UI for web and mobile products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems

- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams
- Conduct user research and continuously improve user experience

Requirements:
- Available for Onsite work, Jaffna, Srilanka
- A strong Portfolio is a Plus!
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Solid understanding of design systems and UX best practices
- Familiarity with AI design tools.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and fast-paced
