What a weekend at IronMan Colombo 70.3 .3colombo 🔥🏃‍♂️☀️

More than 30 CCR & CNR runners stepped up and delivered in seriously extreme conditions. The sun was relentless, the humidity was real… but so was the grit 💪

🌟 Kalana – 1st in his age group and the ONLY Sri Lankan to qualify for the World Championship this time! Absolute class.
🥇 Team CNR Across Ceylon – 1st place in Mixed Relay!
🥉 Team French Toast – 3rd place in Mixed Relay!

And these are just some of the highlights… Every single athlete who showed up for those brutal heat runs over the past few months earned this moment 👏 Training under the scorching Colombo sun isn’t easy but that’s exactly what built this strength.
