Grown at high altitudes of 1190m+ by the Kotmale Farmer Collective, this small-batch Arabica blend features S9 and Lakparakum varietals. Our process begins at the Soul Estate Collective in Ulapone, where we use manual hand-picking to select only optimally ripened cherries. This meticulous method preserves the coffee's natural sweetness, resulting in a heavy, round body and a perfectly balanced medium acidity.
Expertly roasted in Colombo, the Red Honey is designed to perform beautifully as a vibrant espresso or within your favorite milk-based drinks.
