SLDC Project

Sri Lanka Diabetes & Cardiovascular Disease Initiative is a World Diabetes Federation funded project, run by Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka College of Endocrinologists and Sri Lanka Medical Association. The goal is to develop a comprehensive, cost effective and holistic national model for prevention and control of diabetes and other CVD risk factors, which would further strengthen and support the existing primary health care (PHC) systems of the country.
