Nutella Cookie Sandwiches 😍

These cookie sandwiches are so delicious! The cookies are soft, fudgy and chocolatey, like little brownie cookies, and the vanilla buttercream is sweet and creamy 🤤

You only need 4 main ingredients to make the cookies and they’re super quick and easy 🥰

All you need is:

For the cookies:
300g Nutella
1 Large egg, room temp
85g Plain flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
50g Chocolate chips (optional)

For the vanilla buttercream:
75g unsalted butter, softened
110g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk (any)

Makes 18 cookies (9 sandwiches)

Make sure you let them cool fully before making the icing 😘
