Across all Resplendent Ceylon and Reverie properties, we recently honoured our commitment to the planet for Earth Hour by dimming or turning off all non-essential lighting, from guest areas to back-of-house and staff accommodations, creating a serene, low-impact environment.
This transition into shadows set the stage for a series of intimate, lamp-lit dinners that fostered deep connection, while Cape Weligama elevated the evening’s energy with a captivating fire dancer performance.

Resplendent Ceylon remains deeply committed to the professional development of our youth. Cape Weligama recently had the pleasure of hosting a familiarization visit for students from the AIBT – Kandy Campus. These future leaders are currently specializing in Hospitality Management, Professional Cookery, and Front Office Operations.
Sri Lanka is healing again, and the speed at which the country is bouncing back is truly inspiring.
