Genelabs Medical is currently seeking a Phlebotomist & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing blood collection and sample handling

Assisting patients with registration and inquiries

Providing professional and friendly customer service

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Supporting daily laboratory operations as needed

Requirements:

Experience in blood collection and patient handling

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to multitask and work independently

Prior experience in a medical or laboratory setting is an advantage
