Another painted cake I really loved doing. This was special. Had alot of help in getting the details done from little brother who is a huge fan of Range Rovers!
Cake details: 4 layers of chocolate cake filled with 3 layers of chocolate mousse and strawberry compote. And as usual frosted in stabilised whipped cream.

This one had lots and lotsa meringue making 💁🏻♀️ I’ve never been able to make proper meringue kisses before. It was either wrinkly or cracked every time. But finally got it right 🙊
The cake:
4 layers of soft vanilla cake filled with white chocolate mousse and caramelised cashew nuts. Aand as always frosted and decorated in whipped cream.
