CIPM Toastmasters Club was charted in May 2009, as an Open Club, by an initiative taken by Mr.Rohitha Amarapala- a member of IPM. While serving as the VP-Public Relations of the BCIS Toastmasters Club,Mr.Rohitha initiated the formation of the IPM Toastmasters Club, and was installed as the Charter President of the Club, with 20 Charter Members.
