We had the pleasure of launching the RockStar Leadership Program for the second time as a part of the management development for succession planning. We will be running 2 batches simultaneously with a mix of workshops, group coaching, online study, and one-to-one coaching. H-Connect is a classic example of a company wanting to develop people on the same Leadership DNA in a top-down approach. Tried and tested over 2 years on a journey with them, we know the culture and people transformation it had an impact on.

The transformation was almost tangible at times when you shared as a group. From ackward jokes to stories of vulnerability that brought tears to some of us all, we all learnt that change is difficult and resistance is too real.
