The building's identity is defined by contrast β a deep, perforated dark metal facade encases the upper volumes, its intricate laser-cut patterning casting ever-changing shadows across the street below as daylight shifts.
Against this shadow, full-height glazed bays glow from within. Warm amber interiors β curated retail floors visible from the street β create a lantern-like effect at dusk, drawing the eye and inviting entry.
A travertine-framed entrance portal grounds the composition with natural warmth, flanked by vertical timber screens that echo the perforated language above.
