Our yakitori is prepared and skewered one by one, every day, by certified “Yakishi” who have passed our strict internal examination. This dedication to craftsmanship is a KUURAKU standard upheld in Japan and across the world.
Not every chef is qualified to grill yakitori. Under the supervision of a Japanese manager, each Yakishi undergoes rigorous training and study to master the art and pass the certification.
