Seylan Bank Club House_ Seylan Tower, Colombo 3

This thoughtfully designed 1,900+ sq.ft space, located on the top floor of Seylan Tower, captures expansive views of Port City, the ocean, and the surrounding urban landscape.

Envisioned as a versatile venue for both formal and informal gatherings, the design balances elegance with warmth through a refined palette of browns, beige, white, and black accents. Layered elements such as curated greenery, patterned carpets, and marble-finished coffee tables introduce depth and visual interest.
A feature CNC-cut wall and a carefully crafted ceiling—highlighted with detailed panels and integrated lighting—add a sense of character and dimension to the space.

The result is an interior that feels welcoming yet sophisticated, designed to offer comfort, visual richness, and a lasting impression.

We’re currently working on a luxury 5-star hotel in the suburbs of Colombo. The development features 100+ deluxe rooms and suites.

In addition to all-day dining facilities, the hotel will offer two specialty restaurants, pool, bar and lifestyle complex with enhanced the guest experiences alongside thoughtfully curated common spaces that open out to rare views of surrounding landscapes and greenery.

Our directors and project team are actively on site, closely reviewing progress and consulting to ensure every detail aligns with the vision.

Set to become a distinctive hospitality destination in the area—more to come.
