🌈✨ We extend our heartfelt thanks to the UNDP Sri Lanka, the Support to Justice Sector Project (JURE)—jointly implemented by UNDP and UNICEF with support from the European Union—and the Ministry of Justice and National Integration for inviting our Young Activists’ Collective to participate in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) held on 19th May 2025 at the UN Compound.

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation on improving access to legal aid and justice for gender diverse communities in Sri Lanka. Our representatives and community members were honoured to share lived experiences, identify legal barriers, and explore collaborative strategies for a more inclusive and equitable justice system.

Thank you for recognizing the voices of young activists and grassroots communities in shaping a future where justice is truly accessible to all. 💜⚖️
