This is how I look after 2 weeks of not being able to hit the gym due to being hospitalised and being treated for gastroenteritis and a germ infection in my intestine, all I want to say is everyday isn’t sunshine and rainbows, I know how hard it is to stay fit and stay healthy and I know how hard it is to put in the work to achieve your goals day in and day out, it’s not easy and it will not be easy but despite all the negatives we face in life the hard work and persistence we invest into our goals are going to be worth every difficult day we endured and it will pay off!!💪
