MBSL Insurance Company Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to strengthen our Finance Team. If you have strong expertise in debtor management, tax handling, and financial reporting, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading insurance organization.

📍 Location: Head Office
💼 Role Focus: Debtors Management | Tax Compliance | Financial Reporting | MYOB Operations | Board Reporting

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Debtor management, aging reports & collection reporting
✔ Handling VAT, SVAT, SSCL, CESS, Stamp Duty, WHT & APIT payments and returns
✔ Preparing monthly collection & claim paid reports
✔ Posting journal entries in MYOB
✔ Preparing board paper debtor position reports
✔ Managing sundry receipts, refunds & payment confirmations
✔ Liaising with tax consultants and handling tax matters

🎓 Profile Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance (2 years in similar capacity)
✔ G.C.E. O/L with credit passes for English & Mathematics
✔ G.C.E. A/L – 3 passes in Commerce Stream
✔ Part qualification in ICASL / CIMA / AAT / CMA or equivalent
✔ Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English
✔ Proficiency in computerized accounting systems
