The space is planned as a single, open volume, allowing functions to flow without interruption while maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Clean lines, natural materials, and a restrained palette define the interior, with timber, plastered surfaces, and soft daylight working together to create warmth and depth.

Designed in signature Kith Studio style, the house follows a simple yet considered approach. Every element is intentional, giving the project a quiet character that feels both modern and unique.

A recently completed design for a house in Panadura, designed with a calm and restrained material palette to create a warm, contemporary living environment. Natural timber, textured concrete, and soft neutral tones shape a series of light-filled spaces that balance comfort, simplicity, and everyday functionality.
Each element of the house was carefully considered to ensure that architecture, interior space, and material expression work together as one cohesive whole.
