Introducing a Professional Development Program for qualified nurses in Sri Lanka. The program provides a unique opportunity for graduate nurses from Sri Lanka with a special sponsorship allows nurses to come into Australia and undergo training, development and cultural understanding. Nurses are supported during this period of time (preferably – within 12 months) to become a Registered Nurse in Australia with a scholarship program. All special placements we offer are for international nurses to gain industry knowledge and importantly for them to understand the Australian healthcare standards and practices.

Qualification: BSc Nursing (4y degree or 3-year diploma with top-up degree)

Age: up to 40 years.

Work Experience: Min 3-years' work experience and in service as a practicing nurse with demonstrated documentary evidence. Specifically seeking nurses with substantial specialty experience as a ward and/or surgical nurse —ideally in critical areas such as Emergency, ICU, Oncology, Orthopedic, Mental Health, Theatre, and similar fields.

Registration: Sri Lanka Nursing Council Registration Certificate and Identity Card issued by the Council are essential. In addition, any other specialization which nurses have obtained registration or accreditation may be submitted for consideration.

English: all selected candidates shall possess one of the below English test results and will face one-on-one interview in person.
- IELTS overall 6.0 no band less than 6.0 (Academic)
- PTE overall 60 no band less than 52 (Academic)
- OET overall Grade B and no Grade less than B
Candidates who have not achieved one of the above results will not be considered. Results shall be less than 12-months old at the time of submission.

Preliminary Interview: it is essential for candidates to pass the preliminary interview conducted by the Business Advisory Group.
